Our Design Services
Our design fee depends on the size and complexity of your project. Since every project is different, the actual cost can vary based on several factors. However, for you to know our basic design rates, here’s our design fee for a "Two-storey Residence" and "Three-storey Residence".
Also, if the construction is awarded to us, the entire cost of our design fee will be deducted to our construction contract.

The cost to finish a construction project can vary a lot, and that's because every project is unique. A few key things can influence pricing, such as:

Important note:
Please keep in mind that cost per square meter estimates are general guidelines and are primarily used for initial planning or design purposes. They don’t reflect the actual cost of building your dream house.
For example, a garage or a lanai is not the same with a master bedroom with walk-in-closet and an en suite toilet and bath in terms of cost per sqm.
Bottom line: To provide an accurate and realistic estimate, we need at least a basic floor plan. This allows us to assess the actual scope of works and the resources required.
